From the Sublime to the Ridiculous (2006)

Imagery of mountains and flowing water videoed in the Lake District is cut with video of a four year old girl ‘playing’ a variety of musical instruments, to a soundtrack created from the sounds she made. Drawing loosely on ideas of philosopher Edmund Burke, this piece also attempts to show that often the link between two opposites is a lot closer than it might seem at first.
